SPECIALIST SUPPORT
Infrastructure engineering and operations for complex environments.
Design, improve and operate enterprise infrastructure alongside your internal teams and existing providers. DBNETIT connects architecture, virtualization, connectivity, maintenance and recovery requirements within a defined project or service arrangement.
Discuss Your RequirementsHOW WE CAN HELP
Where we can help
We design, improve and operate enterprise infrastructure alongside your internal teams and existing providers. Start with a baseline of what you run today, then plan the maintenance, change and recovery work around it.
Infrastructure and dependency reviews
Build a baseline of the selected servers, networks, devices and applications. Identify ownership, capacity concerns, support dependencies and gaps in the available records. Use the findings to prioritize improvements and the information needed before changes begin.
Relevant specialist experience includes Windows Server and Linux, enterprise networking, and Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server platforms. The review identifies the actual versions, dependencies and vendor support position before recommending changes.
Support and operational coordination
Define support channels, covered systems, escalation routes and responsibilities across your organization and its providers. Review onboarding, offboarding and recurring incidents so routine work has a clear owner.
Maintenance and change planning
Identify monitoring, patching and maintenance requirements for the systems in scope. Establish maintenance windows, approvals, validation steps and recovery considerations before implementing changes.
WHEN THIS SERVICE FITS
Typical situations
This service fits when:
- A data center, site or platform change is planned, and the dependencies are not fully documented.
- Support responsibilities are split between internal teams and providers, and recurring incidents have no clear owner.
- Capacity, virtualization or recovery decisions are being made from incomplete records.
THE ENGAGEMENT
A clear route from review to handover.
- 01
Establish the baseline
Identify the relevant assets, business dependencies, current support arrangements and outstanding concerns.
- 02
Define the work
Specify the systems covered, responsibilities, working hours, priorities and completion criteria.
- 03
Coordinate delivery
Perform the selected review or operational tasks within the access and change arrangements established for the engagement.
- 04
Validate and hand over
Record the result, unresolved issues, follow-up actions and ongoing ownership.
Duration depends on the environment, access to reliable records, approvals and whether the work is a project or an ongoing service. The proposal should state the expected schedule and its dependencies.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Outputs you can work from
The proposal identifies which outputs apply; not every engagement includes every item.
- An environment baseline identifying the selected assets and operational dependencies.
- A responsibility and escalation record showing who handles which tasks.
- A prioritized improvement or maintenance plan, with dependencies and decision points.
- Records of completed work, validation results and outstanding actions.
RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Enterprise architecture and hybrid infrastructure
Developed infrastructure designs and roadmaps spanning connectivity, switching, routing and application delivery, together with compute, storage and virtualization. The work covered capacity planning, automation, performance troubleshooting and data protection, with cloud connectivity and secure access built into the wider architecture.
Experience includes previous professional roles.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
The engagement can address a defined gap in capacity or a particular piece of work. The starting discussion identifies the roles of your staff and existing providers, the access needed and the decisions that remain with your organization.
Does managed IT mean every system is covered?
No. Coverage needs to identify the users, devices, applications, locations and activities included in the service. Systems outside that list should have a named owner and an escalation route where they affect the work.
How are service hours and response targets set?
Service hours, channels, severity definitions and response targets belong in the service agreement. A response target describes when a request will be acknowledged or acted on; it is different from a guaranteed resolution time.
Can an assessment come before an ongoing arrangement?
A defined review can establish the environment baseline and priority concerns before an ongoing service is proposed. The review and any later operational service should have their own deliverables and responsibilities.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the systems and users covered, technical complexity, required service hours and the selected activities. Use the initial discussion to establish these requirements before requesting a priced proposal.
What should we prepare for the first discussion?
Bring a short description of your environment, approximate user and site counts, existing support arrangements, recurring concerns and target dates. Do not send passwords or confidential configuration exports through the public contact form.
